I hope it was a joke.
Originally by: CCP Explorer This patch fixes all known client issues that we are aware of were introduced in Tyrannis 1.1.
So, I take it that Show Info window opened into your face is an unknown issue? -- Thanks CCP for cu |

Please be more specific.
https://bugs.eveonline.com/mybugreports.asp?Action=View&ID=100878
And while we're at it: https://bugs.eveonline.com/mybugreports.asp?Action=View&ID=100913 https://bugs.eveonline.com/mybugreports.asp?Action=View&ID=100891 https://bugs.eveonline.com/mybugreports.asp?Action=View&ID=99843
That's (at most) a half (if not less) of bugs I reported, those bothering me, and people I spoke with, much.
ADD: That provided the https://bugs.eveonline.com/mybugreports.asp?Action=View&ID=101531 was (will be) actually fixed in tomorrow patch. -- Thanks CCP for cu |

Sorry, but "Show Info window opening in center of screen, covering the scene" is not enough of a detail or what?

Prove with screenshot. For me it is as it is - a pile of text, without reply indentation.
Actually, to make it easier for you, I just made a crude video presentation. http://eve.rootdir.org/upload/Capture-2010-10-07.avi

I don't consider a polite "STFU" as valid reply to obvious case for degraded functionality. (May also add "Sorry, but ..." in front of it, if you feel offended) Bughunter was able to confirm and reproduce the issue (at the time of submission), but he didn't do anything, instead he claimed that degraded functionality is intended move. -- Thanks CCP for cu |

It is intended design and the response from the bug hunter is correct.
Try it in Windows, double clicking in the column headers in Windows Explorer will change the sort order. What you should in EVE (as in Windows) is to double click on the column separators in between the column headers. That will resize the column to the left of the cursor. You will find EVE and Windows to behave the same way.
Degraded functionality: It's considerable harder to hit two pixels between columns, rather than the whole column header. Degraded/confused functionality: If before the doubleclick was different action from click, and they didn't interfere, now the doubleclick doing both autoresize and change sorting direction. Decide on one action, please, not both. -- Thanks CCP for cu |

Fortunately your videos are much better than your bug reports. I'll ask the programmers to take a look.
*Shakes shoulders* I'm not doing anything special. Just step-by-step executing the reproduction steps from my bugreports. -- Thanks CCP for cu |

Originally by: CCP Explorer No, I read your bug reports; there is tremendous detail missing compared to what I saw in the video. For example, for the auto-resize issue you are experiencing then in the video you change the column order.
Doubt it's critical. I can reproduce it in any window.
Originally by: CCP Explorer After a review of your video: You open the market window, rearrange the columns and then you manually resize the price column. Manually resizing the column turns off auto resizing. That's nothing new, it was like that before Tyrannis 1.1. Your bug report went from Not Reproducible to By Design.
I do NOT manually resize it. I let it to automatically resize! Doubleclick, not click+drag.
Let me repeat necessary steps. 1. Doubleclick column resize handler to make it autoadjust. 2. Make it to display the string far longer than it's current width. String will be cut.
By default, out from start, the autoresize seems to be working, but once you start playing with column width by yourself, it's no longer possible to turn the column back to autoresize.
I doubt that being unable to return to the original behavior without wiping all your settings is "by design", unless you intentionally designing unusable interface. -- Thanks CCP for cu |

Yes, it is possible.
It goes back to auto-resize if you double-click the little divider area at the top of the column header.
______________ Name_______|_| <--- that little area. Right next to the column dividers.
After this, it will automatically resize to accommodate the largest width in the column, and retains the auto-resize setting.

Yup. I did TRY it.
Then try it again. Open Market Show Tritanium (Hopefully there's no idiots selling 1 trit for 1bil in your region) Doubleclick to autoresize price. Show (PLEX) Look at price column width.
Open your cargohold. Doubleclick Name column to autoresize. Fill it with goods.
Open... anything. It's consistent. -- Thanks CCP for cu |

I did exactly what you did in your video to test it, and it works fine for me. After manual resizing and doubleclicking, the column automatically becomes wider when viewing the PLEX and narrower when viewing the Tritanium.
Try clearing cache? For me, it does not. -- Thanks CCP for cu |

Originally by: Rivqua Eve Mail is broken as in, you can't select a part to autolink (you select a few letters, but it selects off-key, so if I write 12345, and mark 345, it will think I am selecting 123, you cant ctrl-enter without messing up 5 rows, it's just extremly buggy with editing, or writing more then a row, and having a enter there.
It's not EVE-Mail, it's global UI bug. -- Thanks CCP for cu |
